Layaway/Return/Shipping

LAYAWAY PROGRAM:  Our layaway program gives you the opportunity to secure your items with just 50% down. You can make payment arrangements to fit your budget with up to 8 weeks to pay the balance.  Order will ship upon final payment.

How to use our layaway program: You will need a Paypal account to access the Layaway program.  After you have added your item/items to the shopping cart, go to checkout and click the Paypal button.  There you will see the LAY-BUY button.  Once you click this button, you will be redirected to their page.  Once there, you will have the option to pay for your item/items in 30 or 60 days.   Your order will ship once it is paid for in full.

Layaway orders are not subject to price adjustments, we will not change prices if items fall on sale while your items are on layaway.  We do allow order changes and additions while your order is on layaway with us.

Layaway Terms: A layaway order is treated like a regular purchase so your items are eligible for return or exchanges within 20 days of arrival to you.  Regular priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange, sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange.

BASIC RETURN POLICY   Purchases may be returned within 20 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, excluding Gift Packaging. For a full refund (excluding all shipping charges) please see section for Sale and Gift Orders.   The Return Merchandise Form included with your shipment must be completed. Your Email Address is required. Without your email address we cannot process your refund.   Purchase transactions become final 20 days after date of delivery.   No returns will be accepted at Blu Pony Vintage beyond the return policy of twenty (20) days from delivery date. Please be sure to account for shipping time when sending returns.  Shipping cost to us will not be reimbursed.   Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Blu Pony Vintage and you will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 10% restocking fee.
SALE ITEM AND GIFT RETURN POLICY  Sale (discount) item purchases are final sale.   Gift items are subject to the “Basic Return Policy” as stated above but store credit will be issued to the gift recipient. There are no refunds on gift purchases unless it is to the original purchaser’s credit card. Sale item rules apply to gift purchases as well. Any gift item that was on sale will only be eligible for a store credit.   Please complete the Return Merchandise Form included with your shipment and be sure to indicate the email address where you would like store credit information sent in the "Your email Address" field. Without your email address we cannot process your store credit.
STORE CREDIT  Blu Pony Vintage store credit may be used to purchase anything on our web site. Store credit information will be sent via email only -- please be sure that info@bluponyvintage.com is in the allowed senders list of your email program.   Please complete the Return Merchandise Form included with your shipment and be sure to indicate the email address where you would like store credit information sent in the "Your email Address" field. Without your email address we cannot process your store credit.
EXCHANGES  We can not guarantee product availability for exchanges and we do not put items on hold. The safest practice is to enter a new order for the items you would like, and send in the original items for store credit toward your new purchase.   The twenty (20) day return policy holds true for exchanges as well.   New shipping charges will be incurred for your new order.  
WHAT DO I INCLUDE WITH MY RETURN?  Please complete the Merchandise Return Form included with your shipment and return it, along with the merchandise, to the address on the form. Without the information requested on the form we cannot process your return or exchange.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN  Please include the RETURN FORM with your shipment.   Your credit card will be charged any shipping fees related to your return.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?  Returns and/or exchanges are processed within 10 days of the date we receive the item(s). A credit or shipment notification email will be sent to the email address indicated on the RETURN FORM once the credit or exchange is processed.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?  Credit cards are refunded within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise at Blu Pony Vintage.
HOW DO I REDEEM A STORE CREDIT?  Store credit may be redeemed once your product return process has been completed and we have issued you store credit.   When placing an order with store credit information follow the instructions in the store credit email that you receive.
HOW LONG IS STORE CREDIT GOOD FOR?  We will accept store credit for one (1) year from date credit was issued.
ORDERS WITH MISSING, INCORRECT, OR DAMAGED GOODS  If your order is delivered with items that are missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the issue in a timely fashion and at no cost to you. This is a rarity but we apologize ahead of time if an error occurs.   Blu Pony Vintage will cover all excess shipping charges caused by any of these issues. Returns and/or exchanges are processed within 10 days of the date we receive the item(s). A credit or shipment notification email will be sent to the email address on the RETURN FORM once the credit or exchange is processed.   Thanks so much for your order!
